QISITECH’s exhibit this time focused on an automated production line developed jointly with partners, which epitomized the company’s focus on Design for Manufacturing Automation (DFA). The system, consisting of modular robots, AI inspection systems, and real-time quality control processes, efficiently demonstrates the transformation of parts into finished products, from automated material feeding, functional testing, to final assembly.
This live demonstration reinforces the brand’s vision of fusing design intent with manufacturing efficiency, setting a new standard for automation in ODM models.
The production line displayed at the event demonstrates the complete automated production process of products, which is divided into three main parts: automatic assembly of electronic liquid cups, fully automatic assembly of finished products, and fully automatic packaging process. The four machines on display are only part of the automated assembly process of finished products.
In addition, there were many outstanding products on display at the event, such as the award-winning RAZ series with Powered by Raz RYL technology, the KRAZE model, the KRAZE LUNA with a bracelet-like design, and the i:FORCE that focuses on special usability.
